Welcome to The Bevy: Raising the Bar for Events in Virginia!

When my best friend Kimmy and I, Nicole, launched The Bevy Mobile Bar in July 2024, we wanted to create more than just a business. We envisioned a mobile bar service that brings joy, elegance, and effortless service to any event across Virginia. From weddings to corporate gatherings, we’re here to make your drink experience seamless and unforgettable.

As best friends and co-founders, Kimmy and I collaborate on every aspect of The Bevy. From the big-picture business planning to the tiniest creative details, we work as a team to make every event as memorable as possible. The Bevy was born out of our shared love for celebrations, creativity, and, honestly, a good cocktail! Together, we pour passion into every event we’re a part of.

Each package includes mixers, garnishes, and all the essentials (minus the alcohol), so you can choose what fits your vision best. Whether you’re looking for a mobile bar for weddings, corporate event bartending, or a unique setup for a private party, we’ve got you covered.

2. Gorgeous Bar Options

The Bevy features a show-stopping converted horse trailer bar with copper accents (launching soon!) and sleek 6-foot wooden satellite bars. Whether you’re planning a boho-chic wedding, a Southern soirée, or a Bridgerton-inspired event, our bars provide the perfect backdrop for your event bartending needs.

3. Professionalism with a Personal Touch

Our bartenders are trained to keep the drinks flowing while making your guests feel at home. Kimmy and I work directly with clients to design menus, provide shopping lists, and coordinate every detail. Plus, we even create fun, non-alcoholic mocktails to ensure everyone feels included!

Events We’ve Loved

Since our launch, we’ve had the pleasure of serving at several amazing venues, including the Virginia Living Museum, where we’ve received five-star reviews! We also love adding personal touches to smaller gatherings and local events, such as weddings, military celebrations, and nonprofit fundraisers.

One of our most exciting ventures was stepping across state lines for market research. That trip inspired Kimmy and me to continue expanding, crafting creative cocktails, and learning from the best.

What’s Next?

We’re just getting started! With plans to hire additional staff and the upcoming debut of our refurbished trailer, The Bevy is growing fast. We’re committed to creating an elevated experience for all our clients, with services tailored to your unique needs and vision.
